Beloved brother of Dorothy, Ann and Ruth, husband of much-missed Hazel (who died in 2016), father of Alison, David and Mandy and grandfather of Phillip, Natasha and Juliette and step-grandfather to Paddy, Angus, Max and Euan.
After a private woodland burial, friends will be made very welcome at a memorial service in Wylam Village Institute at 12.30 p.m. on Tuesday 5 September 2023. Sombre dress is not necessary.
No flowers, please. Donations in his memory may be made to Samaritans or the Samling Institute for Young Artists.
